Just outside Kortrijk, in Marke, a stately home was given a bathroom worthy of the house. Design, clean lines, and natural materials are central here: light, colour, and architecture come together to create a timeless whole.

The plywood mirror cabinets provide a warm, authentic look. The Villeroy & Boch Oberon bath was fully seamlessly integrated, with the lines of the drawers subtly continuing into the bath and the washbasin—a refined detail that gives the space a high-end character. Vola taps in a unique colour enhance the minimalism, while retro lighting and double niches in the shower provide both atmosphere and function.
The entire bathroom was finished in Polynature, using a custom-made colour combination. Polynature builds on the seamless, glass-fibre reinforced Polycoat base (polyester) and adds hand-applied polymer layers: you get the warm mortex look, but waterproof, crack-resistant, and low-maintenance. This ensures the clean lines stay sharp for years, without costing you any time.

Yes. This bathroom is finished in Polynature, which is based on Polycoat, a fibreglass-reinforced polyester. So, a polyester bathroom or a bathroom in polyester is exactly what we create: seamless, waterproof, and low-maintenance.
Yes, in Marke, we fully seamlessly integrated the Villeroy & Boch Oberon bath, with the play of lines continuing into the bath and washbasin – no joints, no interruptions.
With Polynature, it is. Unlike classic microcement, which is stiff and prone to cracking, the glass-fibre reinforced base remains elastic and crack-free, staying beautiful for years with minimal maintenance.
